Leadership within the chapter house in Lambda Chi Alpha consists of what we call the High Zeta. Through the core values of Loyalty, Duty, Respect, and Honor, each undergraduate that holds a position, whether it be elected or appointed, is responsible for the day-to-day operations of their chapter. Although it is important for each chapter to have a well-trained High Zeta, it is also important for each chapter to have an alumni brother base that will provide guidance when needed.
