The Advisor Orientation familiarizes new advisors with what it means to be an effective mentor in Lambda Chi Alpha, ensuring they feel comfortable and prepared for their new roles. It also provides mission-critical information about LCA, helping volunteers understand their responsibilities and how they fit into the overall mission.
