Undergraduate scholarships are offered on an annual basis to award academic excellence and financial need.
Applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Current undergraduate member in good standing
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 GPA scale
James Chirurg Scholarship
Open to All Undergraduates
This scholarship was established by James Chirurg, Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Funds are granted for academic scholarships to benefit current undergraduate members of Lambda Chi Alpha.
Eligibility: Current undergraduate members in good standing who have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 GPA scale and demonstrate chapter, campus, or community involvement as well as financial need.
James R. Favor Scholarship
Open to All Undergraduates
This scholarship was established in memory of James R. Favor, a member of Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity and recipient of the George W. Spasyk Order of Interfraternity Service award. Funds are granted for academic scholarships to benefit current undergraduate members of Lambda Chi Alpha.
Eligibility: Current undergraduate members in good standing who have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 GPA scale and demonstrate chapter, campus, or community involvement as well as financial need.
Henry Lee Schuck Scholarship
Open to All Undergraduates

This scholarship was established by Henry Lee Schuck, University of Nevada-Las Vegas, a former Educational Foundation scholarship recipient. Funds are granted for academic scholarships to benefit current undergraduate members of Lambda Chi Alpha.
Eligibility: Current undergraduate members in good standing who have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 GPA scale and demonstrate chapter, campus, or community involvement as well as financial need.
Warren E. Dupwe Scholarship
Arkansas State University (Iota-Theta)
This endowment fund was established in honor of Warren E. Dupwe, Arkansas State University. Funds are granted for educational conferences and academic scholarships to benefit undergraduate members of Iota-Theta at Arkansas State University.
Eligibility: Current undergraduate members of Iota-Theta Zeta in good standing enrolled full-time at Arkansas State University who have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 GPA scale and demonstrate chapter, campus, or community involvement as well as financial need.
Kirk and Nancy Pond Scholarship
University of Arkansas (Gamma-Chi)
This scholarship is endowed by the generous gifts of Kirk Pond, University of Arkansas, and his wife Nancy Pond. Funds are granted for academic scholarships to benefit sophomore members of Gamma-Chi Zeta at the University of Arkansas.
Eligibility: Current sophomore members of Gamma-Chi Zeta in good standing enrolled full-time at the University of Arkansas who have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 GPA scale and demonstrate chapter, campus, or community involvement as well as financial need. Award recipients are guaranteed the same amount of support ($2,000) for each of the two subsequent school years provided they remain enrolled full-time and in good standing with their chapter.
A. Barry Cappello Scholarship
California Colleges and Universities
This endowed fund is named in honor of A. Barry Cappello, University of California-Los Angeles. Funds are granted for academic scholarships to benefit undergraduate members enrolled at California schools.
Eligibility: Current undergraduate members in good standing enrolled full-time at a college or university located in California who have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 GPA scale and demonstrate chapter, campus, or community involvement as well as financial need.
Epsilon-Mu Zeta Scholarship
University of Florida (Epsilon-Mu)
Eligibility: Current undergraduate members of Epsilon-Mu Zeta in good standing enrolled full-time at the University of Florida who have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 GPA scale and demonstrate chapter, campus, or community involvement as well as financial need.
Sigma-Upsilon Zeta Scholarship
Appalachian State University (Sigma-Upsilon)
Eligibility: Current undergraduate members of Sigma-Upsilon Zeta in good standing enrolled full-time at Appalachian State University who have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 GPA scale and demonstrate chapter, campus, or community involvement as well as financial need.
Grace “Mom” Cheuvront Memorial Scholarship
Oklahoma City University (Theta-Delta)
This fund was established in honor of Grace “Mom” Cheuvront, who served as the Theta-Delta Zeta house mother for twenty years. Funds are granted for academic scholarships and leadership and educational programs to benefit undergraduate members of Theta-Delta at Oklahoma City University.
Eligibility: Current undergraduate members of Theta-Delta Zeta in good standing enrolled full-time at Oklahoma City University who have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 GPA scale and demonstrate chapter, campus, or community involvement as well as financial need.
James and Patricia Bernal Scholarship
University of Tennessee (Epsilon-Omicron)
This endowment fund was established by James Bernal, University of Tennessee-Knoxville, and his wife Patricia Bernal. Funds are granted for academic scholarships to benefit undergraduate members of enrolled full-time at colleges and universities in Tennessee.
Eligibility: Current undergraduate members in good standing enrolled full-time at Tennessee-Knoxville who have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 GPA scale and demonstrate chapter, campus, or community involvement as well as financial need.
Jeffrey Steele Lambda Chi Alpha Scholarship
University of Washington (Alpha-Psi)
This endowment fund was established by Dr. Jeffrey Steele, University of Washington. Funds are granted for academic scholarships and leadership and educational programs to benefit undergraduate members of Alpha-Psi at the University of Washington.
Eligibility: Current undergraduate members of Alpha-Psi Zeta in good standing enrolled full-time at the University of Washington who have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 GPA scale and demonstrate chapter, campus, or community involvement as well as financial need.
