What are the uses of the Chapter Support Fund for construction and renovation of chapter houses?

Educational space and educational equipment.  In general, once a legal opinion is issued, grants can fund the educational percentage the space. For example, if your chapter house costs $1,000,000 and the educational percentage is 40%, then a CSF can fund up to $400,000 in grants. See Fraternal Law’s info sheet for more information.
