Alpha-Iota at Northwestern Celebrates 100th Anniversary
On Sept. 23, the Alpha-Iota chapter at Northwestern University celebrated its 100th anniversary. Founded in 1851 as a private local fraternity, the chapter became known as the Poledeon Fraternity in 1915. On Jan. 6, 1917, the chapter was installed as the Iota-Alpha chapter of Lambda Chi Alpha.
In attendance at the celebration were more than 100 alumni and undergraduate members and guests, including Educational Foundation CEO and President Josh Lodolo (Cal-State Northridge) and Lambda Chi Alpha CEO Bill Farkas (Butler).
