International Headquarters: Staff Promotions and New Hires
Under the direction of Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity CEO Bill Farkas and Educational Foundation President and CEO Josh Lodolo, the International Headquarters has made the following staff promotions and new hires (in alphabetical order):
- Gay Braster — joins the staff as accounts payable and reporting specialist in Business Affairs, reporting to Sunny Reed. Her first day in the office was Sept. 25.
- Chris Buck — is promoted to senior associate director of Chapter Services, reporting to CEO Bill Farkas. He previously served as the associate director of expansion. In addition to his expansion work, he also will supervise the management of the educational leadership consultant program and chapter operations.
- Erin Craig (formerly Medjeski) — is promoted to associate director of annual giving and donor relations in the Educational Foundation, reporting to Josh Lodolo. She previously served as events and alumni engagement coordinator.
- Alyssa Gilles (formerly Bennett) — is promoted to senior associate director of Chapter Services, reporting to CEO Bill Farkas. She previously served as the associate director of harm reduction. In addition to her harm reduction work, she also will supervise the management of member education.
- Allen Horton — is promoted to associate director of development, major gifts in the Educational Foundation, reporting to Travis McDearmon. He previously served as alumni development officer.
- Tim Jones — joins the staff as accounts receivable and billing specialist in Business Affairs, reporting to Sunny Reed. His first day in the office was Sept. 25.
- Ryan McIlrath — joins as associate director of alumni engagement in Alumni Services, reporting to Jayme Little. His first day in the office will be Oct. 9.
- David Schieler — rejoins the staff as harm reduction coordinator in Chapter Services, reporting to Alyssa Gilles. He previously served as education curriculum specialist. His first day in the office will be Oct. 2.
- Mickey Simmons — is promoted to assistant director of harm reduction in Chapter Services, reporting to Alyssa Gilles. She previously served as harm reduction coordinator.
- Travis Smith — rejoins the staff as director of development in the Educational Foundation, reporting to Travis McDearmon. His first day in the office will be Oct. 2.
- James Vaughn — joins as digital content specialist in Communications & IT, reporting to Taylor Grayson. His first day in the office will be Oct. 2.
